Alexandre (Alex) Garcia is a seasoned senior executive and Corpus Co-Managing Partner known for using data to inform strategic decisions, simplifying complex problems, and delivering measurable results.

An operator-advisor, Alex blends his previous operator (Portugal Telecom, Sonae, Optus) and advisory (Portugal Telecom, Sonae, Optus) experience from board-level strategy to hands-on execution to lift performance, growth and efficiency in complex organisations.

Having worked in Europe, the USA, South America and APAC, Alex has experience and knowledge across a variety of industries, including Retail, Communications, Media and Technology, and PE.

Alex holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s in Physics Engineering (University of Coimbra); earlier, he was a researcher in experimental particle physics. Outside work, if he’s not spending time with family, he’s likely on a rugby field or deep into a book or podcast on science, philosophy or practical self-improvement.
